Welcome to the registration site for the AACS 2025 Down Under Study Tour, to be held in Christchurch from 29 April - 1 May 2025. We are delighted you will be joining us on the tour.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation at any point after Monday 17 March 2025 will attract a cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to aacs@ewm.com.au.

The following cancellation fees will apply based on registration type.

Down Under Study Tour including 2 nights accommodation: $1,000.00
Down Under Study Tour including 3 nights accommodation: $1,500.00
Included ticket with membership: 100% of the registration fee

Registrations can be transferred to a colleague at no additional cost.

Platinum and Diamond Supplier Members

Platinum and Diamond members have two (2) tickets included in their membership. Each member will be required to complete their own registration form.

Your membership includes one (1) night accommodation for each registration. Due to flight schedules, two nights of accommodation are required to attend the full program. Additional nights of accommodation will be charged directly by EWM. You can select your preferred package on the next page.

Emerald Suppliers and National Retailers

Emerald members and National Retailers have one (1) ticket included in their membership.

Your membership includes one (1) night accommodation. Due to flight schedules, two nights of accommodation are required to attend the full program. Additional nights of accommodation will be charged directly by EWM. You can select your preferred package on the next page.

Study tour flights

Flights to and from Christchurch are not included in the study tour package cost. If you would like EWM to provide you with a quote, you will have the opportunity below to advise of your flight preferences. Alternatively, please book your own flights. You will be responsible for making your own way to Crowne Plaza Christchurch from the airport on your arrival.

Study tour arrival

Please ensure you arrive in Christchurch by Tuesday 29 April. There will be an optional Welcome Meet and Greet held on this day from 5:00 PM, no other formalities or official events will take place throughout the day. The Study Tour store and retail visits will commence on Wednesday 30 April 2025.

Study tour departure

The Study Tour will conclude after the store visits on Thursday 1 May. A transfer will stop at Christchurch International Airport at 1:30 PM. For guests who are staying the additional night, the transfer will then return to Crowne Plaza Christchurch.

Accommodation

Accommodation including breakfast will be booked on your behalf at the Crowne Plaza Christchurch for the nights of Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 April 2025.

You will be required to provide your credit card details below, which will be used to cover any incidental expenses incurred at the hotel.
