Invoice & Payment You will be issued with an invoice upon receipt of your registration. Please settle your account as per the invoice terms. Cancellation Cancellation 90 – 60 days before the program start date, a cancellation fee of 60% of your package will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation within 60 days of the program start date, a cancellation fee of 100% of your conference package will be charged as a cancellation fee. All cancellations must be received in writing to yashodha@ewm.com.au I acknowledge that I have read the Terms and Conditions listed above. I acknowledge and fully understand that any additional charges associated with the study tour, including flight and flight changes, additional accommodation, etc will be invoiced separately. I agree to make payment within 7 days from the invoice date.
